15 minute phone call to see if Direct Primary Care is for you and to answer any questions about our process.
When you are ready to jump into Direct Primary Care (DPC), the initial visit consists of a one hour appointment discussing DPC, your health, treatment plans and goals, and anything else you want to discuss. After this initial visit, your primary care becomes a membership that you pay monthly with unlimited access to your provider and same or next day visits always available.

Same-day visits for all ages including sick visits, minor injuries, strep/COVID testing, prescriptions, injections, IV fluids (as available), school/sports/work physicals, lab work, STI testing and treatment, and foreign body removals.
Expert wound closure for cuts and injuries using stitches, staples, skin glue, steri-strips, or cautery — whatever is most appropriate to safely close the wound.

School, sports, camp, and work physicals with required documentation provided. Immunization record review and completion for Florida available for an additional $30.

Confidential, discreet testing with same-day treatment plans, partner guidance, counseling, and lab work included — all in one place.
Personalized travel health consultations including destination-specific guidance, prescriptions for travel (such as malaria prevention), medical clearance letters for flights or cruises, and custom travel kits (traveler’s diarrhea, high altitude, and more). Vaccine referrals arranged as needed.
Comprehensive lab testing available through Quest (insurance accepted) or Access Labs (cash pay). Includes lab report and results review with your provider.
Telehealth services for minor illnesses and injuries, works and school notes, referrals to specialists, and prescription refills. Available for residents of New York and Florida.
